According to John D.B. a great educationist, "Education is the formation and reformation of experiences". It is education which makes 'man' a social creature. It is apparent that without it, a man can not have a sound personality nor he can make a proper progress in life. The essential difference between 'man' and other creatures is that other creatures learn anything naturally while 'man' requires education for learning.

Getting inspired by the above said thoughts, Pt. Deen Dayal Inter College has always shown its devotion to education and has been serving Maharajganj district for the last 32 years. As a result, Pt. Deen Dayal Inter College has been awarded with 'Gyan Bharti Puraskar' by 'IEDRA', New Delhi; 'Glory Achievers' and 'Sewa chakra' awards by 'AIESAC, New Delhi and an 'A' grade college certificate by the chairman and secretary of the council of secondary education, U.P.

It greatly gladdens me to inform you that in 2011, the school has got the recognition in intermediate with science stream. From the session 2011-12, we are imparting education to intermediate Maths and Bio streamed students through the facilities of advanced Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer labs along with projectors. 12 students have been awarded by Ex. C.M. of Uttar Pradesh, Hon'ble Akhilesh Yadav Ji for their top ranks in UP Board Exams 2014-15. Moreover, 234 scholars were awarded with laptops under government schemes in academic session 2015-16.

The achievements of our students are unending Master Ankit Gupta who scored 3rd Rank in U.P. Board Exam, Km. Shreya Tripathi scored 9th Rank in the same exam and has been awarded with Rs. One Lakh and 'Eulogy by Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Hon'ble Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath Ji.
